Implemented both a legacy and new format, where new will read from /etc/pvc/pvc.conf if it exists, otherwise it will fall back to allow transition time via the PVC Ansible playbooks.

Support ISO image uploads on provisioner

I think this will require slightly more reworking of the provisioner's handling of source images, but is still on-roadmap for a 1.0 release.

Support virsh console through PVC command

Investigated several options for this recently, taking inspiration from NoVNC. So far, none have proven particularly impressive but investigation can continue. This is a desired 1.0 feature.
